A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

General Instructions

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Do not send the goods back to us postage due.
3) Please note that points 1-2 above are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
